Accurate information: Seek correct SRHR information from trusted teachers, parents, health workers, and reliable sources.

Prevention of STIs: Understand how sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, can be prevented and where to seek testing and treatment.

Avoiding early and unintended pregnancy: Understand the consequences of early pregnancy and the importance of making informed and responsible decisions.

Their rights: Know that every young person deserves dignity, privacy, health information, and protection from discrimination and violence.

Seeking help: Know where to get friendly, confidential, and appropriate health services and support when needed.
